Program Overview
The Forward program focuses on critical workplace skills that are relevant and transferable across industries and roles. It is available in over 100 countries globally. The 10-week learning program is delivered in a digital and virtual format, starting with foundational career skills through online courses, case scenarios, and interactive learning events. Participants will develop new behaviors through ongoing reflection and application.
Upon completion of the program, participants will receive a McKinsey Forward digital badge and join an exclusive global network of life-long learners.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must reside in one of the countries where Forward is available.
- Participants must be currently employed, self-employed, or between jobs with prior work experience (this can include full-time, part-time, internships, or apprenticeships).
- Applicants should have less than five years of total work experience, or more than five years without having managed colleagues in a corporate setting.
- Participants must have completed at least a secondary education (high school degree or equivalent).
- A good command of the English language is required, as the program will be conducted in English.
